Strategic Planning and Execution empowers leaders to close the gap between aspiration and results. This course combines proven frameworks, practical tools, and real-world execution techniques so participants can define clear direction, prioritize initiatives, align resources, and sustain performance. Through case-driven learning and hands-on planning exercises, attendees will leave able to convert strategy into measurable outcomes and build the governance and culture necessary for consistent execution.
1. Build a clear strategic framework that links mission, objectives, and measurable KPIs.
2. Run environmental and competitive analyses to identify and test strategic options.
3. Prioritize initiatives using capacity, cost-benefit, and risk criteria.
4. Create a 12-month execution plan with milestones, owners, budgets, and dependencies.
5. Set governance, reporting routines, and corrective actions to monitor progress and adjust execution.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
